Chris Anderson
Christopher Anderson is a Michelin-starred chef and culinary innovator known for translating world-class technique into scalable, experience-driven food and beverage concepts. Anderson and ACI support select Storie Co. Food and Beverage concepts as consultant and advisors. He combines fine dining pedigree with operational discipline and concept development. His background includes Alinea (3 Michelin stars), L20 (2 Michelin stars), Moto (1 Michelin star), and work with Chef Faust and Restaurant Revolution. He earned a Michelin star as Executive Chef at Moto. Christopher leads F&B concept development at The Inns at St. Albans and advises across the portfolio, creating distinctive, high-performing culinary experiences grounded in craftsmanship, innovation, and execution.

Jack Dennis
Chef Dennis discovered a passion for cooking through the influence of his father, who inspired him to pursue a career in the culinary arts. Throughout his journey, he has had the opportunity to work alongside talented chefs who have shared their knowledge and helped shape his skills. Over the past seven years, Chef Anderson has been the greatest influence on his culinary style, challenging him to grow, refine his techniques, and develop his own approach to cooking.
For Chef Dennis, food is about more than what's on the plate—it's about bringing people together. He believes that the best meals are shared with family and friends, creating lasting memories around the table. Whether crafting refined dishes or comforting classics, his focus is always the same: making great food that people genuinely enjoy and want to share.
EXECUTIVE CHEF
Logan Gaspard
Originally from Prairieville, Louisiana, Chef Logan Gaspard discovered his passion for cooking alongside his father before earning a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts from the John Folse Culinary Institute. He later joined Restaurant R’evolution in New Orleans, rising from line cook to Executive Sous Chef while working closely with Chef Chris Anderson and contributing to tasting menus and a New Orleans Wine & Food Experience (NOWFE) award-winning dish.
Chef Logan also had the opportunity to represent Louisiana at the James Beard House in New York City. Now in the Midwest, he brings that experience and creativity to the region's growing food scene, with a focus on community, elevating familiar flavors, and creating memorable dining experiences.

Nathan Nichols is a Founder and CEO of Storie Co. He has led asset management, finance, and strategy of $1.5 billion of urban and destination hotel and resort properties throughout the United States. Nathan is responsible for the growth and performance of the company through business development, capital formation, and strategic positioning. Nathan’s career began in operations where he held various senior leadership positions including general manager at Hutton Hotel in Nashville, a Forbes Four Star hotel and L’Horizon Resort and Spa, rated the best resort in the world. More recently, Nathan represented Brookfield Properties and Watermark Lodging Trust in the Asset Management discipline.

Chris Wall is a Founder and CIO of Storie Co. With varied experience founded in banking, Chris launched a $700 million hotel lending platform for an international financial institution. In acquisitions, Chris has overseen over $1 billion of hotel transactions and $4 billion of new debt and refinances in addition to strategic M&A executions.
Chris earned his degrees from the University of Iowa in Business Administration, Finance, and Management; and most recently worked for Watermark Lodging Trust. He is responsible for leading Storie Co.’s investment strategy, capital markets, and acquisitions.

Troy Schroeder
With over 40 years in the hospitality industry, Troy brings a wealth of experience, having overseen 40+ assets across 26 markets in his career. His expertise spans boutique hotels, resorts, and major convention properties, along with brand conversions, ownership transitions, large-scale renovations, and ground-up development.
Most recently with Aimbridge Hospitality, Troy’s leadership and operational insights will be instrumental as we continue to optimize and grow our portfolio of resort properties.
